High-risk uses
Do not rely on Nexiwo as the only system for emergency response, medical diagnosis, credit or employment decisions, legal deadlines, or other decisions where a delay or error could cause serious harm. Analytics and attribution are operational signals and may be incomplete.
How Nexiwo responds
Nexiwo may investigate a report, request more information, block a destination, disable a link or integration, limit traffic, preserve relevant evidence, or suspend a workspace. The response depends on severity, urgency, history, and risk to people or infrastructure.
Serious or repeated violations can lead to termination. Nexiwo may cooperate with providers or lawful authorities when required.
Reporting a problem
Send the exact Nexiwo URL, what happened, why it may violate this policy, and any useful timestamps or evidence to the account or service administrator. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, private messages, or provider access tokens.
If a link creates an immediate safety risk, also use the reporting tools offered by the destination host, browser, payment provider, or relevant authority.
