The rules for Nexiwo accounts, pages, Smart Links, QR codes, connected services, analytics, and paid access.
You control what your workspace publishes and connects. Nexiwo provides the tools, protects the service, and activates paid access only after payment is confirmed.

Your agreement with Nexiwo
These terms apply when you create or use a Nexiwo account, join a workspace, publish a page, create a Smart Link or QR code, connect an outside service, or buy paid access. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
If you use Nexiwo for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms and manage its workspace.
Accounts and workspace access
Keep account details accurate and credentials secure. Workspace owners decide who can join and what each member may manage. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
A connected provider account must belong to you or an organization that has authorized you to connect it. Review requested permissions before approving access.
Your content and customer data
You keep ownership of content and data you submit. You give Nexiwo the limited permission needed to host pages, redirect links, generate QR assets, process forms, synchronize services you authorize, and produce the analytics you request.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your content, destinations, customer communications, and imported records. Give visitors any notices and consent choices required for your use case.
Connected services
Shopify, Meta products, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, payment providers, and other connected services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their APIs, scopes, review rules, and availability can change.
Nexiwo imports provider data only after an authorized workspace member starts the connection and the provider grants access. Disconnecting stops future syncs but does not automatically erase records already imported.
Plans, payment, and access periods
The checkout page shows the plan, currency, price, limits, and access period before payment. A successful Creator or Pro payment adds 30 days of paid access. Nexiwo does not automatically charge the next access period unless a separate recurring subscription is clearly offered and accepted.
Paid access starts only after the payment provider confirms the order. Failed, cancelled, or unverified payments do not activate a plan. Refund status follows the payment record and any checkout terms shown for that order. Taxes or payment fees, when applicable, are shown during checkout.
Service changes and availability
Nexiwo may change features to improve security, reliability, accessibility, provider compatibility, or product behavior. We aim to preserve published links and customer records, but no online service can promise uninterrupted availability.
External services may delay, restrict, or stop an integration. Nexiwo will show available connection and import status when the provider supplies enough information to do so.
Safe and lawful use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Nexiwo may block a destination, pause a link, disable an integration, rate-limit traffic, or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect people, providers, infrastructure, or the service.
Ending use of the service
You may stop using Nexiwo and disconnect providers at any time. Workspace owners should export any records they need before access ends.
Nexiwo may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, a serious security threat, unlawful activity, or a material or repeated policy violation. Records may be retained for a limited period when needed for backups, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or service security.
Service responsibility
Nexiwo is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are excluded and responsibility for indirect or consequential loss is limited. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow a contract to exclude.
You remain responsible for decisions based on analytics, attribution, imported provider records, and customer information. Reports reflect the records available to the workspace and can be incomplete when tracking, consent, or provider sync is unavailable.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the updated date will appear at the top. Material changes may also be presented in the product. Continuing to use Nexiwo after an updated version takes effect means the new terms apply from that date.
